WHY SOLAR FLASHLIGHTS

Harnessing the suns power and converting it into usable electricity is not free and too often out of reach to the impoverished people around the world. Impact seeks to reduce this burden by providing appropriate and affordable solar solutions that will provide enormous benefits to the villagers.

BENEFITS OF THE PROJECT

This project aims to both reduce the economic burden of the impoverished and to improve their living conditions. By providing the villagers with solar flashlights, the families can save the expense of candles and kerosene, as well as conserve their natural resources.

The active involvement by the villagers, provides hope and self esteem, by knowing that they are not only helping themselves, but also have a practical way to help us help them.

The solar flashlights are being aquired with funding from the cell groups craft making activites.
